She has a reputation for being well informed, intuitive, and willing to go the extra mile.  She’s an author, speaker and trainer, and has been honored with a Woman of Excellence Award.

Marian was the Business Editor for Monday Magazine, a worldwide online ezine, published Success Perspectives (email based motivational messages), wrote and edited  newsletters, email marketing and customer retention campaigns, and taught continuing education classes.  Marian is also a certified business coach with Wealth Alliance Group, an international information marketing training company.

Mike Hays has owned a technology services company, SOHOS Network, Inc., since 1994. His love for learning about the Internet and excellence in application solutions gained him a reputation for delivering results, helping others generate millions of dollars in online business revenue in network marketing and other industries.  He’s won awards as a Web Visionary and Web Warrior. 

Together with their teams, they provide expertise ranging from strategic planning, vision/mission work, SWOT analysis and communications training to Internet technology consulting and services.

They’re both currently Servant Leaders at Elevate Life Church, serving with the tech team, media team, and Life Source Bookstore.
